Driver Legal United States Version rideshare-driver-terms-us-v1 Effective 2026-05-18

Overview

These Terms apply to Driver use of Oppep rideshare services in the United States. By onboarding, accepting trips, or receiving payouts, you agree to operate lawfully, maintain accurate profile and vehicle information, and follow all safety, payment, and platform requirements.

Account And Vehicle Duties

  • Drivers must maintain accurate identity, license, vehicle, and payout information.
  • Vehicle, document, or payout access can be limited if required information expires, becomes inaccurate, or no longer satisfies platform review standards.
  • Drivers are responsible for keeping their operating equipment, device access, and vehicle condition suitable for live trips.

Trip Service Obligations

  • Drivers should only go online when ready to safely accept and perform live trips.
  • Once a trip is accepted, Drivers must follow the in-app flow, respect rider safety, and avoid off-platform manipulation of fares or destinations.
  • Repeated ignored requests, policy breaches, or rider safety complaints can lead to temporary or permanent account limits.

Payouts And Fees

  • Oppep may deduct agreed platform fees, adjustments, or chargeback-related offsets before payout where permitted by policy and law.
  • Payout timing depends on verified account status, region setup, and the active payout rail.

Safety And Compliance

  • Drivers must follow all applicable transport, vehicle, licensing, and insurance requirements that govern their operating area.
  • Oppep may pause trip access, withhold payout, or require remediation if a compliance or safety review is unresolved.
